I’m going to be raising money for Cats Protection throughout 2017. Every month I’m going to give an overview of the challenges I’ve completed, my training and fundraising so far. January has been a busy month preparing for my challenges and kicking off my fundraising. Continue reading
There are many cats out there who think that they would like to own a human, but there is a lot that you need to know before you decide to move in with one. Although humans seem to be independent, they are actually a big commitment and despite appearances are not actually capable of taking care of themselves. Continue reading
This isn’t exactly the training update that I wanted to share this early in 2017! Following a weekend of walking and 2 weeks into my running training I woke up on Monday last week with pain in my right ankle. At first I thought it was normal post-exercise ache but it got worse throughout the day and by the end of the day I was limping. Not ideal! Continue reading

A few tips from Rory on New Years resolutions. Have an amazing 2017 everyone!
